I,Manoj C. Modi, currently residing at Powai,Mumbai ,had ordered REDMI note * (*GB RAM,**GB ROM) online from Shopaaz.com on *th May,****. I had paid **,*** inr through Paytm. Order no: ******. On **th May, i received an email as well as a sms stating that due to many complains regarding the phone and seller not dispatching the order, they had to cancel all the orders and refunded the money to all their customers. The email also stated that our money would be credited back into our account in * working days. But now ** days and more days have passes and we have not received any refund yet. The website’s customer number is also off and I belive that i have been cheated.
