I placed an order online from myntra on **/**/**** which is Global desi navy blue printed kurta with palazzo set worth Rs ****.**, size S, Qty *.
My order no. is *******-*******-*******.
I got the delivery on **/**/****, but the product was incomplete. I received only palazzo but I did not receive Kurta. Kurta was missing. So I placed a return request. The pick up delivery executive came and said I cannot take this now as the item is missing. I will come back again tomorrow when i got the email to pick up the same. After that i got the message that my return request is cancelled without any reason.
Is this my fault that i purchased from cheaters like myntra. com. Is this the kind of service they are providing to their customers.
I want to return my order and my money back which is ₹ ****.**. These people can’t cheat us. They can weigh the product and check. It is same as it was delivered to me. I have neither used the product nor removed the tag from it.
kindly help me with getting my money back.
