Flipkart is cheating with their customers or doing fraud with them willingly or unwillingly.
I have purchased an extended warranty from Flipkart (Jeeves) Extended Warranty * Year by Flipkart Protect by paying an extra amount for extending the warranty. Oeder number is OD****************** and the warranty number is Extended Warranty Policy Number JPPOFFK******. Now facing some issues in my product and regarding the same, I tried to approach multiple times with Flipkart and Jeeves also who gave the warranty. \
Attempt * (**rd May **) - Tried to connect with Jeeves multiple times (**-**), but their both phone numbers (**** ** ****** and **-********) were not in use. I also tried to connect on the helpline number of Flipkart but their agent told me that I have to connect with Jeeves only.
Attempt * (**th May) - Finally connected with Jeeves, their agent said that I have to send an email and this is the only way to register my claim and post send an email, I will receive a ticket number within ** hours and post that within ** hours some technician will address my complaint. I have asked what if a user is not tech-savvy and cant send an email, but he clearly denied and said that this is the only way that you have to follow.
Attempt * (**th May)- After sending an email, was waiting for a reply but when I connect again with Jeeves, their agent told me that they can address only those emails, which were sent by email account because this is their policy and they cant read and process other emails (from any different domain). I have asked what if the user doesn't have a Gmail account, but the agent said this is the policy and you have to follow the same.
Attempt * (**th May)- Sent an email from my Gmail account but still no reply from them.
Attempt * (**th May)- Post ** hours again tried to connect with Jeeves and their agent told me that they have updated the wrong email address in my account and that's why not replying or addressing my complaint or process my claim request.
Attempt * - Asked to correct my email address in their database and send email again.
Attempt * (**th May)- Post ** hours, again their agent told me that in email, I have to attach invoice copy and also keep a hard copy with me and this process will take ** hours.
Attempt *,*,**,** (* June) - Send email on **th, **th, and ** May but did not receive any reply from the other side. On *st June, I got a reply from Jeeves that they have registered my complaint (*F*EWNOSC**-*******). I have asked for share some TAT but did not receive any reply.
Attempt ** (*nd June) - On *st June **** Received one SMS, stating that today engineer will visit for the check but no one visited and also received SMS that I have requested for rescheduling the visit (Without my knowledge). On *nd June again received SMS with the same information but when I tried to connect with the service engineer, he was trying to avoid this visit. After request, finally, he came and said there is a GAS leakage issue and for this other person will come n this process will take * working days time. Also facing some display issues where the user can check that on which temperature and mode AC is working but for this issue, that person was not ready to accept that there is some issue and clearly said that in AC no display comes. Post some argument he admitted that yes there is some issue and first he will raise a request for GAS which will take time and post that new request will generate.
Attempt **th (*th June) Send email to check the status but still no response from the other side.
Regarding the same also raised a complaint in Flipkart (IN******************* and IN*******************) on **th May **** and as per them, this issue should be resolve till *th and **th June ****. Still facing the same issue and no revert from the other side. No one is ready to solve this concern and even to reply.
Is this a kind of joke or just passing time or can say wasting the time of another person. Strang thing is, Flipkart is also not replying or taking any action in this case. Posted the same on twitter also, but still waiting for the solution. At the end will recommend you all, start avoiding such service providers or e-commerce company and never by any extended warranty plan from Flipkart.
