- Old and reused product sent to the customer Open
I purchased crossbeats urban earpads on **/*/****
Within * days of receiving the product I found issues like auto disconnectivity of earbuds and also voice breaking issues
I raised complaint to the crrossbeat customer support where they promised me to deliver a new product as replacement.
They arranged third party pickup for the defected product which took more than a month to receive at there end, in this one month I have been following almost every day on calls and emails but this department this response was sooooo bad after one month of mental torture they sent the replacement which was the old product with so much of scratches, seems like it's a old used product also the box was same old one with the same series number mentioned in it
I contacted the team head of customer support department and explained the issues but she was also fooling us by saying this is a replaced product...but when I requested for almost one hour she asked me to send a mail with scratch images but after all these proofs also she said she will replace the charging case only not the earbuds,
No one in this department is following there own policy.
It is clearly mention on the policy that they will send the new packed replacement but they think customer is fool customer will not check the unique bar code.
I have all the proves where this company is making false promises and not following the policy.
I am very disappointed with this company and also suffering a lot.
