The ola driver started misbehaving from the beginning of the booking stating that he won't go if the payment was not done in cash. I agreed to it as i was in hurry and my mother had to carry a desktop and its parts which easily got fitted in the boot. Later he stated that why these things are being carried. Later when he was about to reach my destination (**/**, KASHINATH CHATTERJEE LANE, Howrah-*) he stopped the car *min away from my house. My mother requested to enter the lane the destined address as she was having all those things.. but he denied and ordered my mother to get down from the car. When my mother told to open the boot he said that he will open the boot once the payment will be done and this lead to a heated situation. He threatened us that he will go to police station claiming we have misbehaved with him which was not the ground reality. He was continuously being rude with us which lead to a situation. And also he claimed that location was incorrect.
I request to the forum to ask ola to solve this problem or issue of location and also to take strict action against this inhuman person who was arrogant and rude and had very very bad morality.
