It's been * years till now ola executives are harassing me for make unnecessary payments.
I took a ride in January **** for which I paid the driver in cash but after that I got charged from ola postpaid regarding which I inform the ola agents as well but instead of providing me a solution they continuously applying late fee on the original amount. So I have decided not to pickup there call.
But then yesterday I got a message from one of their agents names Nisha I guess and she messaged me that legal actions will be taken against me if I don't pay the charge.
I clearly told her that it's not my fault and I already informed the agents previously and ask her to share the email address because I can't take this anymore and moving on to file a legal complaint against Ola money and Ola Cab for harrasment and before moving on I thought to call her and let her know the complete case but that number have no incoming service so I asked her to call me back to my surprise she called me after number of hours via Whatsapp firstly I don't think that whatsapp call is a professional way to communicate with a customer secondly she start shouting on me and in return I did the same and told her very clearly that do what ever you want to do I don't think any court allow companies like you to charge false payment from the customer and disturb their mental peace.
It's not about **** rs but my problem is why should I pay them if I already paid to driver in cash. And I believe that I am not the only one who face this situation so now is the time to speak up and give them the taste of their own medicine.
I want to file a legal complaint against them for harrasment and defamation. I am ready to fight in physical court as well.
