Hi, I purchased a ***/- voucher for a friend. The voucher was not delivered. We checked and found out that the email id had two dots so "gmail..com". rest all was correct. I have been corresponding with their customercare support. They have refused to reimburse though its a technical error. There is no email id in the world with "..com" so the voucher cannot go to any recipient. I am trying to explain to them however to no avail. They can see that the payment has been made but they will not reimburse or make the changes.
