Complaint filed against: Amazon India
I placed an order for 11 different times on 15 the October. 4 of those items were either subsequential quality or had size issues. I placed a request for Return of those items. 3 of them were scheduled to get return on 22nd October 2018 and 1 on 24th October 2018.
I've made 3 calls to Amazon regarding the courier service not picking up the items, they are yet not coming to take the items back.
Amazon has filed an NOC document stating their fault, it's been 24 hours and there is still no sign of either Courier service or Amazon taking the necessary measures. If Amazon or their Courier Vendor is at fault here, why aren't they releasing my money back.
Amazon's Customer Service is the worst I've seen throughout my lifetime.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
