I was supposed to check into my accommodation on **th of March, ****. But due to covid ** crisis, I had made a cancellation request on the **th of March, and did not check in. I am writing this complaint on April *, ****, and still not received my money which amounts to more than **** bucks. The customer support is terrible, all I get back in response is "Please give us some time, we are working on this". They don't respond to half this emails. These cheats make their customers struggle for their damn money. FAKE COMPANY.
