- Not responding to the complaint Open
I would like to bring it to your notice that the customer support from JBL is very ignorant. I had issues with battery back-up of my JBL Flip-* which I purchased * months back. I surrendered it for rectification to the customer care centre Gurgaon on **-**-****.
Being almost * weeks already, the status of the issue remains the same. It was informed that the battery needs to be changed and neither stoke is available in the centre nor the stoke is being shipped from JBL concerned place.
There is no assurance of the exact date on which the service centre deliver the product in well-working mode. I've requested a confirmation for the warranty extension for this delayed rectification period and there is no relevant response. I am attaching all the emails in which I've been communicating with JBL customer support. Also, the receipt of Flip-* handover service centre is attached.
