- Not responding from the last 2 months Open
One day I noticed that my TV shows "Signal not available". I thought it may be due to no balance in the account then I recharged with Rs.300, but it's not resolved the problem. I have checked the cable from the top to bottom. But I don't see any lose contact or damage. Then I called customer care and it was busy for almost 3 working days. Every time I call, I have to wait 30 to 60 mins in queue and disconnect. Like that, I tried around 5 to 8 days. Finally one day it got connected and told the same to the executive. She said she sent some commands to my set-top box and it will be fixed, but not. Likewise, almost 20 days gone. I kept on calling CC but nothing was happening. One day connected and they said they are gonna send the technician to my home till now no one has come to fix now its almost 2 months. I lost the recharge I did. I spent a lot of money on my phone for data to watch live tv on the phone.
I investigated for the resolution but no luck.
