My customer ID is ********** and I had requested for waiver and the same is pending since so long. Please look into the matter and initiate the long pending waiver from your end.
This is something I wrote to them on mail on Oct *th, **** to which they replied that they would get back to me soon but there hasn't been any reply from them till date (**.**.****)
Also, when I write them follow up emails, they don't reply to them.
