- Not refunding my fee even when the services are just traumatic Open
First of all, they didn't give any trials - free or paid to assess their services before signing up (As given by all fitness institutes online). So, I paid them full amount for month of Oct as I wanted to join Zumba classes.
In my first class itself, the tutor misbehaved, bodyshamed and talked in a really rude way. I left the class mid-way and reached out to the admin to change my tutor. Admin confirmed that we can't change the tutor - so I asked them to refund my fee as I didn't attend even a single class.
Since then, they have been kind of playing and postponing the conversations without giving any refunds. Since they didn't share any refund policy before and never informed about such scenarios and also didn't provide trial classes, it is imperative for them to either provide good services or refund the amount.
Now, they are not responding and ignoring all my messages. I have all the screenshots and chats as supporting document.
