- Not refunding for partial delivery Not responding No updates but disturbing with stupid sales uninfo Open
After repetitively calling and placing my complaint here they finally picked up my consignment but only delivered partial order. When asked from their customer service they gave repetitive dumb responses such as we have kept your box and we can’t do anything about it. I have a phone recording.
Anyway when I tried and searched for where my other half consignment could be, I figured it’s still at the pickup hub safe with the delivery partner of Delhivery. They informed me very politely that since the quantity mentioned was * and there were two separate boxes that’s why he decided to send only one and keep the other one with him at his hub.
After knowing this information I spoke to shiprocket to refund for the undelivered weight of the consignment so that I could make a fresh order for the pick up of the box which is undelivered. It’s been a week and they’ve been shameless and dumb and careless as always in doing anything about it. I have even given them the number of the person who has the consignment to confirm with him that the box was undelivered. They haven’t even moved from where they had started the query.
Everytime like an ass their rep will ask for pre pick up images and they make me repeat myself over and over that instead of images I have given the number of the person at Delhivery hub at the pickup location to verify the information.
These people should be sued for wasting so much time and energy of the customers. I had initiated my order on **th of December and it’s *th January. It has been highly inconvenient for me not just cause of the wait time but also cause of me trying to get in touch and since they have no supervisors to talk to except for the untrained highly stupid customer service, there’s no complaint or escalation email or number.
Please verify ASAP asssuckers and refund my money assholes!!! ASAP. So that I can start a fresh order and start with another stupid grind with you guys only!!!!
