Hi I have booked a ticket from Coimbatore (india) to Jammu (india). First I got a confirmation message that my ticket got booked but they have not sent me the ticket I was waiting for week then I tried to contact the customer support but I did not got any positive response then later I tried to book the same ticket without without having fund in my account the next few minutes I got call from the customer support and ask me to change the mode of payment so I just shouted on the customer care officer and with in a hour he sent me the ticket with *** bugs lesser than the ticket which i booked and then they said the remaining amount of *** will be credited to my account within * to * working days but now it is crossed more than a month so far i have not received my refund amount
