- Not processing Course cancellation and Loan Closure False promises by BYJU S ^Open

On April **, ****, I registered my daughter for grade * and * online classes in Byju’s at a cost of Rs ***** (Rs **** was deposited right away, and the rest Rs ***** was thought of as a loan from Byju's). When we registered, they informed us that if we cancelled our subscription within ** days of receiving our devices, they would fully return all of our money, and if we did so within ** days, they would only partially refund our money. The byju's equipment was sent to my home address on April **, ****. Due to summer vacation my daughter didn’t attend classes upto ** days from the date of device delivery. She started the course from second week of June ****. She is unable to understand the lessons which are played by BYJU’S Early Learn device. I have communicated the same to BYJU’S support team through phone call (**********) on **th June ****. Then only I came to know that there are no online classes for my daughter and also I requested to cancel my subscription by phone call on **/**/****. I repeatedly asked them to stop my subscription after that, but they never did. Our Senior Manager will speak with you about this, they said. I checked in with Byju's every day, but nobody got back to us about the cancellation and money refund. Now they are telling only written mails only considered for cancellations not phone calls. According to their refund policy, you can request a cancellation by calling ********** or sending an email to cancellations@byjus.com. One of their senior managers announced that "now we will add online classes for your child," but one of their senior mentors stated that there are no online courses available for grade * and *. They all made misleading claims about the courses and classes. I've had call recordings on hand. Regarding EMI payments, their finance staff is torturing my mind. No one calling about classes, only about payments. Please resolve this issue.
