- Not paying full Refund Open
I'm and IT employee, and during lockdown I don't need to explain the use of internet to me,
I faced unstable internet issues for * months, I called them every week to send a person to check connection,they never sent one
there answers were like,
*. The problem is in your whole area, so it will be fixed by tomorrow and tomorrow never came,
*. try to unplug the router and try again
It continued for * months and I called them, went to there office(which was closed due to COVID), tweeted them in twitter, send couple of mail to support mail, But no luck
I paid **** (pre-paid) for next * months on July **, and still no luck with internet,So I asked to cancel the subscription on Aug *, But they extended it to September by postponing my requests,Now they are also including august month payment(which I didn't use),They are also charging additional so called installation charges of ***,
When again I called to another customer support number, they said they will not take any installation charges while cancelling the subscription.
Now I'm demanding them to refund my **** because I have not used internet but they are saying they will only give ****
