On **th june ****, i had made a retrun flight (delhi - mumbai - delhi) booking via flipkart (booking id: FF*************).
the mumbai - delhi flight was cancelled by Air asia on **th June (* day prior to the departure) and a amount of Rs **,*** was refunded in air asia's own credit account on **th Jul **** with a validity of * years.
on **th January **** air asia changed their policy and discontinued the credit account without any mode of communication to me.
on reaching out to them via, whatsapp, twitter and facebook, air asia said that i need to contact Flipkart to initate the process of refund to my credit card. As they have already issued the refund
its been ** days since i have been trying to resolve
this with air asia and flipkart, but both the brands seem unwilling to help and refund the money. even after mulitple mails, flipkart has not given any assurance or definite timeline, they respond with automated emails asking for * more days. its dishartening that * big brands indulge in fradulent practices.
now i demand the refund of the amount along with interest for the last * months. as the flight cancellation was from air asia's end and they are making me run to get refund of my own money
