I had booked a vehicle * days ago the booking was cancelled by the manager today in the morning when my time of pickup was **/**/**** at *.**pm they cancelled it and i got money to the wallet, now i again did a booking and now they're asking for ****rs deposit other than the **** i already paid so i have to pay total **** now so i was asked to cancel by the manager and they have now deducted ***rs from me.
I want the complete Refund to my source bank account as nothing is working out first they cancelled without information and now they're asking **** security deposit as well that too in cash I wrote ** mails to drivezy support no response is there as well please refund my ****rs now otherwise i will have to complaint i am a student and **** Rs is a Big ammount for me please give me my money back otherwise I'll have to seek help from Twitter and consumer court.
