- Not getting proper service Open
On dated *-*-****, I recharged for Rs ***. But still, my service is not resumed. I called to customer care. First, they took ** min to pick up the call and after that, they told me that there is a technical problem. I am calling to customer care from *-* days they are saying "Technical problem and call after * hour, * hours but after * day also they are saying the same dialogue" and not resolving my problem. My recharge is going totally waste. The customer I'd is ********.
