- Not getting airline refund Closed
Have an upcoming trip to Srinagar on **st Aug however due to current situation it is not advisable to continue with this plan.Considwring the situation every other airline is waiving off the cancellation fee but Air India is finding it too hard to be human and easy on customers for the same. what is my fault in all this to loose all my money ?
I amd very upset with the kind of attitude met,no response to our mails,tweets or msgs.Is this how a giv run airlines is supposed to be!!
I request u to help and arrange for a similar help as provided by other airlines by extending waiver upto **st aug.
