- Not deliver car on time and ask for the cancel the booking Open
I have worst experience with Mahindra showroom at YMCA dealer Ahmedabad Gujarat.I had booked xuv *** W* petrol model on **st August **** and at that time they were committed to deliver the car on **th of September **** but they were not able to do but still I had not raised an issue but after that many follow ups taken by me they were given me *th of October **** date for delivery the car.Today according to them today billing should be done but yesterday when I took follow up for confirmation so they said that now they don't have W* petrol car and they won't able to deliver that car so after waiting of one month now they are saying they don't have car.Before one week when they told me that they don't have aquamarine color in W* model so I had compromise and agreed to accept the white color of the car but when before one day of billing date they were informed that they don't have car.Really like this mahindra punjab working???Before given them booking amount i told them that I needed car asap still from last one month they kept given me false commitment.After taking the booking amount and took my car for exchange they never update me regarding delivery date from their end.Every day I called them for update and they keep giving me false commitment.
Now they are asking me to cancel the booking and buy from somewhere else or buy higher varient of the car.
Don't buy any car from mahindra punjab Ahmedabad ymca branch or any branch.And it's first time I have face thus kind of issue from any car dealer and even from mahindra customer care services are quite poor.They don't have any authority and after even complaint on calls many times they were not took any action or not even anyone care.
My question to Mahindra & Mahindra that if they dont have car then why they took my Booking of W* petrol model?????
Mahindra having a worst customer service ever I have faced.
