- Not complying with TRAI guidelines Open
Videocon d*h customer Id- *********.
Currently, I have * active Videocon d*h connections. As per TRAI guidelines, I should be able to select channels of my choice on each set-top box. But from past * days, I am trying to do this and even calling Videocon d*h customer care again and again but I am unable to get a solution to my problem.
The problem is I am not able to select different channels for my different set-top boxes. Whatever channels I select for one set-top box, same channels get activated on all the set-top boxes. This is happening again and again as I am trying from past * days.
I have called customer care several times and each time they say that please be on hold till we find a solution or they say please be on hold we are transferring your call to senior executive and as I wait on hold after *-** minutes call automatically gets disconnected and this has happened *-** times.
They are not providing any solution and are violating my right to choose channels of my choice as per TRAI.
I have some **** Rs balance in my Videocon d*h account and every day I am basically paying unnecessarily for the channels that I don’t want. Kindly help. I am attaching the screenshot of how many times I have called Videocon d*h customer care and most of the times they have just put my call on hold and after that just disconnected without providing any solution. And it’s not about the loss of my money but it is more about they are just harassing me, see the duration of the call that I have been on customer care without getting any solution and I am just tired mentally.
