- Not cancelling my Course Closed
I bought a package for my cousins as I am quite elder to them and we were concerned about their education Because of the absence of their normal schooling. First they delivered the package after ** days which at the time of purchase they said Will reach to me in less than a week’s time. We were losing patience and by the time product arrived we already allotted a home tutor for them and they started taking the home tuitions . All this happened because the sales executive said that in case I didn’t like the product or anything and if i want to cancel the order within ** days i will get my refund so i got interested and bought the product also but now they are not going ahead with my cancellation and I am stuck in between. My first emi date was yesterday and i had to pull out amount from my account but its still a loss to me since it will impact my cibil. The cancellation department has been so rude to him and has been trying to harass me by imposing wrong cancellation guidelines. I will write few of them here:
*) provide us the feedback of the student to which i already explained them that its not written anywhere as i read the full terms and conditions of cancellation and refund policy.
*) they told me to provide the students official documents which obviously wont share with them as it contains important information which can be manipulated and can cause problems.
I made one guy confess that he is making up stories just to retain me and then i said i will report against you and then he took it on his ego and from then they haven’t been responsive to me and told me in rage that talk to your sales executive. The sales executive has also admitted that he is taking it personally since the sales executive and his manager had been telling the cancellation department to cancel my order and refund me asap but they are not willing to.
Please help. And also it has already been more than ** days and they are not helping me. The cancellation manager has lied many times on call and as well as on his case comments that he has been reaching out to me but he is not. This also their helpline number told me that he is closing the Followup call with a comment that He reached out to me and I didn’t respond.
Guys trust me Byjus might be a good company but the employees will ruin the company just to meet their petty targets.
Who so ever is facing this harassment please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have numbers regarding their harassment then we can submit a complaint with the enforcement directorate and also can file a collective case against byjus. Please record your calls with their executives and keep a proof so that we can expose these ki unprofessional employees of byjus.
