I had booked my Honeymoon Trip to Kerala through Travel Triangle site. The travel agent was Duniya Zamana. The trip was booked for **th May **** (*Days * Nights).

But due to COVID-** my marriage was postponed. So I got in contact with travel agent and told him the situation, wherein it’s difficult to travel, due to lockdown conditions. He then said ok, we will cancel the trip for **th May **** and then you can take the decision. But when I tried re-scheduling it on **th Jan ****. They said that due to price hike the package price will be increased, to which I was not agreeing.

So I asked what will be the refund amount that I will getting. To which Travel Triangle replied as Rs **,*** as refund amount. Later on Duniya Zamana says because it is re-cancellation the amount can’t be refunded.

My point is first of all their representative said you speak to this person and then he forwarded it to another. (Total * persons from Duniya Zamana could not answer my call or reply to my WhatsApp). I have not confirmed the dates and cancelled, so how come this stands as second cancellation.

While the first confirmed dates had to be cancelled because the entire country is under the lockdown. And even if I travel to kerala at my risk, would it be acceptable by the respective governments.
