Dear MukashAmbaniji,
Myself ,Sakti Kumar Banerjee, Kolkata, a retired senior citizen ** years old (former Chairman NALCO),profile attached,would like to bring to your kind notice very poor quality Customer services ,resulting in the 'utter failure' of JIO Team .
I have been using Jio connection no.********** for the past few years and my last plan for *** days expired on **th January'**. Prior to that I took action for "recharging" online first time on *th January '** for plan **** and second time on **th January '** for plan ****. through HDFC credit card., Screenshots of charge slips of the bank for both transactions attached.
Out of two, plans **** recharge was successful and invoice issued is attached. However, Bank HDFC credit card authority claimed successful transactions for both.( bank letter is attached) ,but since the last ** days none of the plans has been activated by the JIO team . I had exchanged dozen of emails with JIO care, JIO shop, Appellate WB ,Recharge Cube, Ms Jyoti Jan , Pravir Kumar ,CEO JIO ,but none of them could resolve the matter of activating either of the plans ,their all suggestion proved useless for activation but did not work at all ,failed. miserably
Now last ** days I am without any Jio connection causing a lot of inconveniences as there is no internet connection etc in my mobile.
As a last resort, I ,therefore. earnestly request your personal intervention to resolve the problem at the earliest.
