- Non stop sales calls inspite of submitting router Open
I had reactivated my Hathway account for a month, used it for two days. Post which I was unable to find the wifi in list of wifi of phone and Laptop. Raised the same with tech support of Hathway through app, the tickets were closed with stupid reasons. Without any resolution, I created a new tech ticket and I demanded resolution from a tech person, after * days one person visited and curtly said submit your router or go to hell, either ways he had planned to close the ticket either way. He also mentioned that there will be no refund. I accepted my mistake that I have chosen a fraud company to be my ISP, I am ready to think that I have paid for a fraud. Since then I have been running from pillar to post to take the connection wire and close my connection. The irony is this, that everyday I get ** sales calls to recharge my account but when I had an issue they could not spare a minute to resolve my issue. Anyway, I have been in touch with the twitter handle of Hathway broadband, they just apologise and do nothing else. All they do is copy paste this template "Dear Customer, We regret the inconvenience caused. We have forwarded your grievance to the concerned team, they will get in touch with you soon. Your patience is highly appreciated. Thank You! Hathway Customer Support Team." No one ever reaches out and neither do they help in closure of my account. I want to close my account and live in peace.

Several times I call Hathway customer service and choose option * for terminate account .even in call it's saying request number will get you. But still no request number I got .I'm frustrated with Hathway broadband internet service....
