- Non replacement/exchange of product Open
I have ordered the lenova yoga Book (android tablet) order no ***-*******-*******) from amazon site on **nd July **** and received the same on **th August **** i.e. with delay of almost ** days.
On receiving the said product, I found that tablet does not have any sim slot and thus support only wlan and not lte voice calling etc features.
I requested Amazon to exchange it with the same product having SIM Slot with following reasons:-
*. The limited description provided on Amazon site does not clarify about features available or not available in the product.
*. Also, before ordering the product from Amazon site I enquired from their customer executive about features, specification etc available in the product and only after getting green signal from their customer executive I had proceeded with ordering the product.
*. I also offered to bear extra amount in case the proposed replacement of product required so.
Despite, my every efforts for replacement or refund from Amazon, they denied by request claim and appeal.
I am herewith attaching the chat I had done with Amazon customer executive and snap shot of limited description of the product available on Amazon site. I do not have call recordings, the communication I had with Amazon customer executive.
