Payment for the product made in Aug ****. Cancellation request placed within a week. Cancellation confirmed on ** Oct ****. Refund still not credited and emi for balance amount still continuing. No response from cancellation team rec'd. Only customer can approach support team and they provided different information on each time contrary to another.
