I had ordered * items worth ₹***.** on *st Jan, **** at **.** AM from Cafe Coffee Day, Jubilee Hills via the Zomato app. Later I was informed by the CCD manager that * of the items is not available hence he'll be delivering only the other remaining item for which Zomato issued me a partial refund of ₹*** on the same day. After **mins or so the order was completely cancelled by Cafe Coffee Day without any prior information. For which I reached out to Zomato customer care support on the same day. Now presently on day * from the initial order I haven't received my remaining refund amount of ₹*** even after multiple in-app complaints and mails. Kindly help.
