- Non cooperative customer service by Samsung India Open
On **/**/**** I purchased one Samsung Galaxy A ** handset from a local mobile store. On **/**/**** I saw some disturbance on that particular handset. Accordingly, on **/**/**** first I went to that local mobile shop after examining the handset. The shopkeeper realize that it was a hardware problem. So he sends me to the Samsung Mobile Service Center (APEX which is situated at Sakher Bazar More). At that service centre, experts/engineers checked my handset and opined that it was a hardware problem. So I have to submit the handset along with cash memo and all other accessories with box and guaranteed me that they will replace the handset the next day. So on **/**/****, I submitted everything they told me to do and returned home with a bill (replacement required written on that bill). On the next day when I reached the service centre and inquire the status of my handset replacement, one engineer told me that they will not replace the handset as they changed the software and the mobile is functioning. I strongly believe that they have used some duplicate parts to repair that handset. In just only two (**) days the handset is creating a various problem
*) When I am calling someone opposite side caller can't hear me
*) The fast charger is not functioning ( I charged the phone for five hours and it only gained **% charge)
*) When the speaker is on it producing a bad sound. So how can I accept that handset which has started dis-functioning within just two days?
When I talked with Samsung customer service they offered me an extra three months warranty but I denied. So they forced me to receive that defective handset.
