Non Cooperative behaviour of Indigo staff which force many customer to missed the flight and pay for ticket again.
I had my flight from Bangalore to Bhopal on **th Dec with PNR Number INVYYH.
When i reach gate at ** min before boarding close they forced me to go to there reservation counter and find alternative flight as they will not let me enter in flight as boarding gate was closed.
But i am boarding Indigo and other flight from years where even before * min to actual departure time i and other customer used to be in queue to board the flight. My earlier PnR TIB**G and many other which was indigo flight i was even in queue * minute before departure and many other case.
Even after requesting and there were two customer to board the flight they dint let us board the flight and was just doing timepass so that we should go and book alternate flight and pay again the charges. Which i dont feel acceptable, i already complain to Indigo but it does not matter customer problems. And for same reason and so they are forcing lot of customer to pay and book again which is a way of looting. We are paying a lot for flight ticket and have planned journey but they are forcing people to miss it. ** minutes and all is too much time to board the customer as compare to there earlier flights where they were always delayed or boarding completed * or * minutes eralier. It is bad that customer have to pay again for flight that too because staff is stiff and non cooperative.
