- Non adherence of Trai cable TV guidelines Closed
We have * DEN Cable connection at our home. With the implementation of new Trai cable TV guidelines, we have given a detailed list of TV channels to our DEN cable operator on **rd March. On following up with cable operator he bluntly refused to start the channels as per the list provided and told us to escalate wherever we want in disconnected all the * connections. No one from DEN network even cared to check why these * connection is not operational. A complaint has already been raised in DEN networks and TRAI with no resolution provided till date.
