I submit that I have enrolled myself and my husband Shri N Murugan under Swarna Bantham Scheme at Ramanathapuram District Branch on *.**.** for Rs.**** and copy of the scheme card is enclosed herewith. I am wondered about your fair trading policy which attracts me to make member and take such ** month scheme. Due to various officials cum household tight schedule, I have paid the amount and completed ** dues on **.**.**. I was ready to pay ** th due on **.**.** itself and pay the monthly premium well in advance but the Ramanthapuram Branch staff did not accept it due to computer problem. At the same time I was not yet properly guided by your staff and asked me to come on another date. Unfortunately I have to take my younger son for studies at Kerala and completely held up in COVID-** lock down. In the mean time I misplaced my monthly scheme card and I have no reference to enquire further. Enquiry at your Branches revealed that the card number and Aathar details is very much required to credit monthly premium. Despite my sincere attempts, I got back my monthly card on **.*.** and immediately attended Ramanathapuraam Branch and ready to pay the left out monthly premium but they did not accept it and denied to give bonus entry on *.**.**. My strong believe as “Engal panam Ungalidam Pathiram” slogan is completely tarnished and cheated me by giving only ** months gold in grams.
Maturity period only ** months and it was already lapsed. This noncredit of premium is occurred only due to poor guidance of your staff even though I am having money and ready to pay on **.**.** itself and still now I am much affected by your Jewelry Shop. I am ready to pay **th due even now. Local jewellary shops at Ramanthapuram have already paid maturity amount after ascertaining the fact of absence at ramanathapuram.
; . I therefore request you Sir to kindly intervene my case and grand the full maturity amount with bonus in gold by accepting ** month due today. Still I am having hope on your Jewellary Shop.
