I have raised a concern at Paytm travel after cancellation of my return ticket by the operator spiceject which was booked for October, **** using Paytm travel service in the Paytm app. As I won't be able reschedule my travel dates and time, I have asked them to cancel the entire roundtrip journey and return my ticket amount. It's been *.* weeks now and I have received * canned responses from them which is not even relevant for my query. As the ticket was not cancelled by myself, my request is to cancel the roundtrip ticket and full amount refund. I have reached the their twitter handle as well but no valid response yet. Please help me to address my issue.
