- No updates regarding my order and the package has not been delivered even after 10 reminders. Closed
I had placed an order on **th July and was committed that i will receive my order by **th July but on calling them in the evening of **th july during the expected delivery of my medicines by them, i was informed that they tried to reach out to me but couldn't so they were not able deliver to me. On talking to the delivery executive, he mentioned that since it was raining thus he could not deliver in the committed time of delivery. An executive on the toll free number of medlife accepted the wrong information being shared with me on the message alerts regarding the delivery and he committed to me that my order will get delivered by * pm noon on **th July. The new number of the delivery executive who was supposed to deliver it to me is not in operation at all. It simply states on the call that this number is temporarily out of service. They are just trying to gather database of personal data from the consumer and they are not able to deliver due to their incompetency or may be they don't at all fulfil orders and just collects data to sell it illegally. In any case, kindly help yourself by not considering them at all for your medicine requirements. Instead try netmeds or pharmeasy.
