I have a confirmed prepaid order in kwabey, order id: ******. It's been a month no update on that order. I have tried connecting their customer care but no luck and that is not reachable. I even connected them via facebook/instagram/twitter but they are less bother to reply on my queries. Seems this a fraud or atleast they are taking advantage and harrassing customers like this. I want a legal step and either my product or my money ASAP.
