I have booked a trip for South India and paid total amount of ***** in advance. The hotel provided under the package was pathetic when i reached out Oyo Package Support team for shifting/upgrading the hotel there was no help. Although I was ready to pay any extra amount, there was no response. I had to check-in a non oyo hotel for the entire trip on my own expense.
