Dear Sir/Mam
I have purchased a * year membership from Taj India Resorts on **/**/****. Now I am chasing Taj India reservation team from last ** days for hotel booking in Manali for the month of october-****. But till now no booking confirmed and now Taj India asking me to pay AMC ****+GST only then they will confirm my booking. When I purchased this membership I was assured by Mr. Parveen (who sold me this membership) that your AMC will be waived off. Also no agreement copy was provided at that time. Now after spending **,***/- I received only mental harrasement from Taj India team. So I request if anybody can help me in this matter.
