- No service provided after problem in broadband connection Open
* months back I took the connection of alliance broadband. Since the first month it worked well from the second month the connection used to be often down and after reaching local service no solution is provided. Very lately connection used to be restored. This month after the monthly renewal of *** I could use the connection just for one day. From the second day, no connection is there also complained to the customer care of alliance broadband. They are also not providing any solution till date after * weeks. The local service provider is not receiving calls. In this situation, I am totally helpless. My user Id of the alliance is: rcm_sccb
