On ** July, ****, I registered for GTPL Broadband connection.
The sales agent came within * hours, in the evening.
He took advance payment of Rs ****, ***Mbps plan for * months.
He promised that the connection will be provided in *-* days.
But it has been * days that my connection is not provided.
The cableman came and put the cable the next day. But the engineer who was supposed to install the connection and with router never visited my home.
Every day, I'm asking the sales agent (Mr. Dinesh Khatik) and complaining about the issue, but he keeps making false promises and doesn't do anything.
I even contacted their customer support via email, social media, call, etc. multiple times. But they keep making false promises.
No engineer visits my home to provide connection.
The sales agent took advance payment on ** July, ****.
Today, it's ** July, and I have no idea when will they give me connection.
I'm not even sure if they will provide or not.
My money is stuck with them for good.
They are not refunding the money either.
Also, they say that if I ask for refund, it will be given after ** days. Superb! Took payment within * hours and now refund will take ** days.
The company has a scammy policy to trick people.
GTPL sales agent says that money can't be refunded as it paid.
Every day the company is mentally harassing me by not giving any proper response.
Neither they are providing service nor they are refunding money.
The sales agent forwarded the money despite asking him for refund as the connection was not provided on time. But he didn't listen and submitted the money the next day.
I feel cheated. There are many other customers who have been looted like me.
You can check the social media profile of GTPL. And you will understand I mean.
The company is cheating people and taking advance payments.
If a company person says that the service will be provide within a fix period. Then they should.
If they fail, then they should kindly refund.
But GTPL is on another level. They don't even care that they have taken payment.
No call. No followup despite raising lots of complaints via email and social media.
Only fake promises.
GTPL is not doing anything to fix the issue.
They are not even giving a proper deadline. Everyday, they say that "Today your connection will be set up."
But nobody comes!
What's more, they have even started my subscription without giving connection. The due date is the same as the date of payment, which is ** July.
The support has no idea and no resolution is being provided.
Right now, I'm without any broadband connection and my work is badly affected.
