I have purchased APC inverter from Amazon on **-**-****.
It Stopped working from last week of August and contacted APC customer care(**** *** ***) and they have informed to contact to luminous customer care(**** *** ****).
I have registered a complaint through Luminous customer care (Complaint Number :**********) on **th August ****.
**-Oct-**** Luminous engineer has informed that, Luminous don't have the spare part of the inverter which i bought. so they wont be able to provide service.
Contacted Luminous persons:
*) Sivil lal - **********
*) Toby - ********** (Toby informed to contact to APC as they wont do service for the modal which i have).
And the Luminous service guys told to contact to the APC for the service.
Again called back to Apc and they have informed as APC inverter services are taken by luminous and i have to contact luminous only.

Modal :APC **** VA ****-Watts Sine Wave Home Ups-Inverter. (bi****sine-in)
Now its already **+ days that the inverter is not working which is under warrenty
