Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Rajkiran and I'm using my Airtel sim *********** from past * to * years approximately but suddenly from **/*/** evening I'm seeing no service.
Regarding this issue I've tried talking to customer care and talked with them they're saying that your sim is not in Airtel prepaid /post paid.Even at Airtel store also they are saying the same.
since I was maintaining this sim as from long period every thing is linked with this like all bank accounts , epf, Aadhar etc.
Kindly do needful and waiting for a positive response.
