I had ordered two dress materials from 'Zipker.com'. I did not like the products that I received. So, I wanted to return. I searched for customer care numbers mentioned in Zipker, tried to call all * numbers mentioned in the website, but one is switched off, one is not connecting, and another number disconnects as soon as I call.
So I mailed to customer care email id of Zipker.com, they replied only twice. And it's been ** days, neither I got any response not call regarding arranging reverse pick up and process my refund. I have sent ** follow up emails, but still no reply. Such a worst website for online shopping.
Please do not buy any products from this website. Looks all fake.
