I booked my flight ticket to Bangalore from Yatra.com in May. The flight got cancelled and i was told by the airline that i can take full refund from Yatra and so i emailed them regarding it. I even opted for full refund on yatra app and it said “it’ll take ** hours”. I didn’t say or do anything but wait. After a well i felt frustrated and took it to twitter later. There, they asked me for my reference number and told me to expect a delay of ** days minimum, which is again okay because i understood the situation. Now it’s been six months and i have been trying to contact yatra.com plus i have emailed them several times. No response. No refund. Can i sue them for this?
