I ordered a computer monitor from Addmecart and I was promised to get the product delivered within * days. However even after ** days I didn't receive the order. So, I contacted Addmecart via email as the telephone numbers doesn't work. I asked them to cancel the order and for refund. They cancelled the order but did not give me the refund. It has been more than ** days and till now I have not received my refund. The payment was made via freecharge to Gwsdd E-commerce Pvt. Ltd while I was making the payment. Please help me get my refund.
