- No refund for bad quality food Open

I haven't got my refund, after contacting several times to the customer care, they said few sorry & fake assurances , then closed the chapter. Food quality was very bad, undercooked tasteless frozen. Swiggy looted my money.

Hi,
I ordered three dishes through swiggy from a restaurant called sonar bangla on **st sep, obviously the food was undercooked, tasteless, frozen or left overs. Apart from one item others were not edible.
But due to work pressure i wasn't able to report it then and there, i was starving that day, later totally forgot somehow, now today morning i opened swiggy , remembered what happened, so i requested a partial refund, but to my surprise nobody understanding my situation ,not willing to help me .
In a situation like this, people are losing their job, they are not mentally stable **** coz of work pressure, we sometimes forget things, thus ** hours passed(refund window closed).that doesn't mean our hard earned money can be wasted. In a situation it is our duty to help each other, understand certain situations rather than looting people's money.
Swiggy Support doesn't provide refund for valid problem,nor can fullfill my starvation which i faced that day. Infact i doubt they add restaurant s randomly or after verification.we are paying every penny for food, in return swiggy is fooling us with few sorry & fake assurance.
my view in a situation like now, my money need to be refunded asap, i deserve every bit of it, otherwise ill NEVER order from swiggy, lots of competitors are in the market.
