- No Price Tag included in the Purchased Item Closed

Recieved a sandal ordered through Ajio App. Since the item was not of the expected size I had to return the item. But the item recieved did not have any price tag included with the package. Due to same return order did not pass QC process and so a mail was sent from my end to Ajio Customer Care Service and also raised a customer complaint through their mobile app to rectify the same. After long waits and assurance calls and mails from their end the issue was not solved. Finally I reverted on he same query and atlast got a reply that all their products do come with a price tag. Till time I am receiving auto generated calls from their end assuring that they are working on the issue and will soon come up with a solution. This was the worst and disgusting customer service ever. It's not about the price of the purchase but the bad service from their end.
