Recently I have taken connection from Hathaway . For the past couple of days I'm not getting internet. Earlier I have raised issue for speed and for the same technician has done some setups and mentioned he would send an executive to home address . This happened on Friday post that I'm not getting internet. Please look at this issue on high priority .
I don't have Internet from the past * days and I have raised multiple complaints through twitter and Hathway portal as well. For the same, Hathway is closing the tickets stating the issue resolved. but i didn't get the internet yet.
