I have raised a shifting request on *th feb. Till date there is on resolution from ACT team. I have made atleast ** phone calls. Daily one or the other reason is given.

I used ACT for over two years earlier and it was all fine though the network had issues. then i had to relocate and i called up and asked for the disconnection.. now after three months, i again sent a request for a re-connection of the account....
